The winners are also acknowledged for their efforts to improve and evolve our society while demonstrating a commitment to supporting and mentoring women and girls worldwide.

Networking opportunities, including a Sunday night Founder's Reception hosted by WITI Founder Carolyn Leighton - plus our Taste of Technology Reception on Monday evening, and our new WITI Celebrates! closing dessert reception on Tuesday.

Speaker Roundtable Discussions during luncheon both days, so you can interact personally with Summit Faculty and discuss issues of specific interest to you and your organization.

No One Stands Alone: WITI strives to create genuinely welcoming environments where each person is treated with equal support and respect. Our policy at the Summit - as at all WITI events - is that no person stands alone; i.e., it is each person's responsibility to welcome a solitary individual into the group; no cliques are tolerated at WITI events.

"WITI is committed to providing its members the best technology, business and leadership tools and platforms to optimally contribute to their organizations, explains Carolyn Leighton, WITI founder and chairwoman. "Because we know that success occurs from the inside out, our Summit not only delivers these tools but provides a carefully designed environment so each participant leaves energized, acknowledged and inspired to contribute their best work. The Powering Up Summit provides an unparalleled opportunity for women (and men) to exchange ideas and best practices with the best and the brightest."
